At Naani's Foods, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our meal kits, we appreciate your feedback and will consider refunds where appropriate. Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined below:
Cancellation Policy:
Customers have a 12-hour window after placing an order to request cancellation. Please refer to the order confirmation email for specific details. If you wish to cancel your order beyond the 12-hour window, contact us at hello@naanisfoods.com, and we will check if cancellation is still possible. Once we initiate the curation of meal kits for shipping, we are unable to cancel the order.
Refund Policy:
Our aim is to meet and exceed customer expectations. If you are unsatisfied with our products, please reach out to us at hello@naanisfoods.com with your feedback and concerns. We will review your case and process a refund where appropriate. For credit card payments, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used during the purchase. In the case of payments through a payment gateway, refunds will be made to the same account.
Managing Your Orders:
Did you know you can easily manage your upcoming orders? Sign in to your account and navigate to the "Upcoming Orders" section to skip any of the next five orders. Additionally, you have the flexibility to cancel or deactivate your meal plan from the subscriptions section of your account. This action ensures that no future orders are executed.
